- Corrections. If a capacity, dimension or material claim on this site contradicts the manufacturer, tell us and point at the source. We check it and fix the page.
- Discontinued products. If we are still recommending something you cannot buy, that page needs updating.
- Questions we have not answered. Recurring reader questions get added to the FAQ sections of the relevant pages.
- Products worth covering. Particularly smaller makers we may not have found.
What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer. We cannot check your order, process a return, or answer warranty questions — those go to whoever you bought from. We also cannot tell you whether a hammock is suitable for a specific medical condition; that is a question for a clinician.
